NONMEMBERS
ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership memberships are individual. If you are not a member and pay the nonmember rate of $265.00, you will receive a one-year ASAE & The Center membership in addition to your conference registration.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of check, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION
For registrations made on-line or via phone, confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately. For registrations mailed with check payment, please allow two weeks for processing. A registration confirmation will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 30 days, please do not hesitate to call 202-371-0940 or 888-950-2723.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Monday, June 6, 2007. Refunds will be processed less a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after Monday, June 6, 2007. ASAE & the Center of Association Leadership regret that refunds will not be given for no shows.
TRADE SHOW ELIGIBILITY POLICY
The Trade Show floor is open to qualified meeting planners and association professionals only. This ensures a high buyer/seller ratio. Non-exhibiting service providers may not enter the exhibit hall. Show management reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations. no one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time.

CAE CREDITS
CAE Credits awarded to attendees for Sprintime. Earn three Certified Association Executive (CAE) hours towards certification or recertification of your CAE designation.
