Getting there has never been easier! Take the METRO, one of our shuttle buses, or drive and park in a nearby lot.
Mass Transit — METRO
The Walter E. Washington Convention Center is conveniently located on the METRO’s green and yellow lines at the Mt. Vernon Square/Convention Center station. The convention center is also a short walk from the Gallery Place/Chinatown station on METRO’s red line. ( Map it! )
Driving & Parking
The Walter E. Washington Convention Center does not have its own parking facility. Parking is available in various private lots around the center. Get further parking information.

Complimentary Shuttle Service from Northern Virginia
No need to wade your way through the mixing bowl or fight the traffic on 66 – take a ride on the Springtime shuttle instead! Shuttle service is available from the Hyatt Dulles and the Springfield Hilton. Hotels will provide complimentary parking and continental breakfast for all riders. Shuttles depart at 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 11:30 a.m. from both locations. Reserve your seat when you register for the show!
Return trips depart from the convention center at 3:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 7:45 p.m. You do not have to reserve a seat for the return trip.
To reserve your seat on the shuttle, indicate your preferred departure location and time when you register. If you’ve already registered, please e-mail with your preferred departure information and time.
