Gain Hands-On Experience in the Meetings Industry!!

The Greater Washington Society of Association Executives (GWSAE) is looking for students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs in Hospitality to volunteer on May 12 and 13 for our tradeshow at the Washignton Convention Center.  Springtime will be held on Thursday, May 13 but we'll be on-site for more than just one day!

Springtime is the largest one-day Association Industry Expo in the country. The show is home to more than 850 exhibiting companies providing services to associations, with representatives from Technology companies, printers, marketing & design firms, convention & visitor bureaus, hotels, airlines, general services contractors, and much much more.

Volunteers will have one on one networking opportunities with high-level players in the association and hospitality communities. 

On May 12 you'll witness the behind the scenes look at the Washington Convention Center and what goes into producing a large trade show.  On May 13 volunteers will be expected to work registration for both attendees and exhibitors, have an opportunity to attend educational seminars, and walk the trade show floor.
