Mass Transit—METRO
The Washington Convention Center is conveniently located on the METRO’s green and yellow lines at the Mt. Vernon Square/Convention Center station. The center is also a short walk from the METRO’s red line at the Gallery Place/Chinatown station.
Complimentary Shuttle Service from Suburban Virginia and Maryland
Once again, we are happy to offer complimentary shuttle service from suburban Virginia...and to announce the addition of complimentary shuttle service from Maryland! The Maryland shuttle will also stop at Union Station to pick up more riders. To reserve your seat on the shuttle, indicate your preferred departure location and time when you register on-line. If you've already registered, please email us at with your preferred departure location and time.
The Virginia shuttle will depart from the Hyatt Regency Dulles (located adjacent to Dulles International Airport) at 7:30 am, 9:30 am, and 11:30 am. Return trips will depart from the Washington Convention Center at 3:30 pm, 4:45 pm, and 7:15 pm. The Hyatt Regency Dulles is providing free parking, continental breakfast, and beverages for all riders of the shuttle. Buses are provided by Event Transportation Systems. Many thanks to both of them for making this possible!
The Maryland shuttle will depart from Hargrove Inc. (located at Route 50 and the Beltway) at 7:00 am, 9:15 am, and 11:15 am. Return trips will depart from the Washington Convention Center at 3:30 pm, 5:30 pm, and 7:30 pm. Hargrove, Inc. is providing free parking for all riders of the shuttle. Buses are provided by TMS-Transportation Management Services.
The Union Station shuttle will depart from Union Station at 7:45 am, 10:00 am, and 11:45 am. Please note that parking at Union Station is not complimentary. Return trips will depart from the Washington Convention Center at 3:30 pm, 5:30 pm, and 7:30 pm. Buses are provided by TMS-Transportation Management Services.
Driving & Parking
