Registration Information

Trade Show Only registration includes admission to exhibit hall.  Lunch on the trade show floor is included.

Eligibility:  Admission to the exhibit hall is open to meeting planners and association professionals only.  This ensures a high buyer/seller ratio.  Non-exhibiting service providers may not enter the exhibit hall.  No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the Exhibit Hall.

A complimentary shuttle service is available from suburban Virginia and Maryland. 

The Virginia shuttle will depart from the Hyatt Regency Dulles at 7:00, 9:00, and 11:30 am. Return trips will depart from the Washington Convention Center at 3:30pm, 5:30pm, and 7:45 pm. The Hyatt Dulles will provide complimentary parking and continental breakfast for all riders of the shuttle.  Buses are provided by Event Transportation.

The Maryland shuttle will depart from Hargrove, Inc. (located at Route 50 and the Beltway in Lanham) at 7:00, 9:15, and 11:15 am. Hargrove, Inc. will provide complimentary parking for all riders of the shuttle. Return trips will depart from the Washington Convention Center at 4:00, 6:00, and 7:30 pm.  Buses are provided by TMS-Transportation Management Services LLC.

If you want to ride the shuttle and did not indicate your preferred departure location and time when you registered on-line, please contact us at .  When making a reservation, please include your name, the names of any others who'll be riding with you, and your preferred departure location and time.
